I have just finished reading one of the most beautiful and insightful books I have ever read. Through the Mists is a Trilogy by Robert James Lees, the other two books in this series, are The Life Elysian and The Gate of Heaven. I have added these books to the menu bar under the ‘Tab’- Books I Love – even though I haven’t finished reading them, I knew at the beginning of reading Through the Mists that I was going to love the others.
This book was recorded by Robert James Lees in 1898 by the author Fredric Winterleigh from the spirit world. This is the story of Fredric who was killed whilst trying to save the life of a child in London, England. When Fred passed through the mists into the spirit world, he experienced a fascinating journey; learning lessons from his Spirit Teachers/Guides, who corrected his false beliefs that he acquired whilst on earth, to a reality of truth. Fred does use a lot of poetry in telling his story, so at times I had to re-read a page or paragraph to understand what he was expressing, though it did not stop me from enjoying reading about Fred’s journey and the way he describes the spirit world and lessons/truths he is learning – you feel like you’re there with him on his journey.
While Fred started to learn these truths, he had a strong desire to return to earth and share these truths to everyone on earth. He discovered that there was a way in which he could do, exactly that, and now I hold in my hand these beautiful words of truth, a gift from Fredric and everyone that helped to bring us this knowledge to earth.
“There is no death! What seems so is transition;
This life of mortal breath
Is but a suburb of the life Elysian,
Whose portal we call death.”
Last night I finished reading the second book in the Trilogy by Robert James Lees, called—The Life Elysian. Words cannot express my feelings as I have read this book and some are very personal and sacred, so I won’t attempt to try and share them here, but I will say that I am deeply grateful to Aphraar (which is Fredric Winterleigh’s new name in the spirit world), Robert James Lees, to everyone that has been involved in making these books available for us here on earth and to Mary for bringing these books to my awareness.
In this second book Aphraar shares more of his journey and progress in the spirit world; Aphraar is assisted and guided by our Celestial brothers and sisters to learn and experience the workings of God’s Laws in the spirit world and on earth. There are so many truths and revelations revealed in this book and I felt in awe of just how beautiful, powerful and loving God is and of God’s Laws, which are designed to help us heal and grow in Love towards God—even the souls in the hells of the spirit world will be saved by the workings of God’s Laws. The soul is accountable for everything it creates out of harmony with God’s Love, but through embracing God’s Loving Laws in our life we can heal and purify our soul and reap the many rewards that God has for us; including a happy, joyful, peaceful, creative, emotional loving and infinite life.
Aphraar shares so many of his experiences: of the spirit world, his visits to earth and learning about spirit influences on earth and why spirits are drawn back to earth, our sleep state experiences—where we visit the spirit world, of children when they pass, and teachings of Jesus and God. Aphraar had a desire to be of service and assist his brothers and sisters on earth with these truths he was learning from the moment he entered the spirit world and I have found the information he has shared very beneficial and I highly recommend these books for all to read.
Excerpt from – The Gate of Heaven
God never fails to answer the truly earnest and patiently waiting soul. That is one of the things God would never do. It may take a long time to bring the soul into such delicate tune with the Divine that it may be able to catch the sweet modulations of the sacred Voice, but it is certain to be heard, when the attuning is completed. Get away from the tumultuous discord without; find the way into the silent shrine of your own soul; wait-listen for Him in the sacred hush, and you will presently hear Him.
